Company Director, Warwick Ansell possesses over 31 years experience in the Electrical Industry. Up Until July 2011 Warwick had worked in various roles including tradesperson, supervisory and management areas of the industry both in New South Wales and Western Australia. Warwick had previously held a NSW contractors Licence before he and his family moved to Western Australia in 2001. Warwick was employed by Seascapes Electrical in 2007 and held the position of Tradesperson/Supervisor until June 2011, when he purchased Seascapes Electrical from his employer whom retired.
Previous to July 2011 and still currently, Seascapes Electrical’s work includes new house wiring, phone line installation, service and maintenance, air conditioner wiring and major wiring works including underpass lighting and communications wiring for the Perth-Bunbury Highway, site electrical works, mobile crane tower wiring and confined space works at Wellington Dam, Collie.
Seascapes Electrical is also the preferred Electrical Contractor for the Department of Finance - Building Management and Works in the Mandurah Area carrying out electrical service maintenance and installations for Government Schools, Business and Premises.

Seascapes Electrical hold all relevant insurance polices (Public Liability, Workers Compensation, Plant & Vehicle) and these can be forwarded upon request.
Our team of Electrical mechanics all have current Electrical Worker Licences and Construction site safety Induction cards, Safe working at heights, High Risk and Confined space safe working qualifications. The Director has an Advanced Certificate in Safety Management Qualification.
